Here are some of the symptoms of (SBS):
1. Owner claims a desire to expand and has been around for 16+ years and is still the same size.
2. Owner wants you to be a GraphicdesignSalesSecretaryClerkDriver - but won't tell you what your comission is.
3. There are no Benefits; haven't been and never will be.
4. There is only one employee before you and they claim that they're well taken care of (but doesn't know what their commission is)
5. The boss only comes in once a week and still somehow can MicroManage every little thing.
6. Beware if you make one small mistake you won't get your "Bonus"
Please watch out for these symptoms SBS is a very serious Disorder and if you or your company displays any of these symptoms leave or EXPAND!

Sometimes it's not as simple as just Expanding, and I understand that. But if you are an employee of such a place do not hesitate to find an other job~!
